Hotel Policy

1) Check In And Check Out Policy
  • Check-in: 12:00 noon
  • Check-out: 12:00 noon
  • A valid Government approved Identity Card is required on check-in
  • Credit card details are required at the time of all online bookings
  • Please note that the check-in and key collection takes place at the front desk
  • We can accommodate early arrivals and late Check outs based on the following terms and conditions, subject to availability:
  • Early check-in and Late check-out until 4 pm would be based on availability
  • For early check-in at 8:00 am or late departure beyond 4:00 pm, a charge of 50% will be added to the room rate.
  • For early check- in before 6:00 am or late departure after 6:00 pm, a charge of 100% will be added to the room rate
2) Guarantee Booking
  • For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at the time of booking, rooms are held until Check out time of the day following arrival.
  • For reservations not guaranteed with a form of payment at the time of booking, rooms are held until 5:00 pm.
3) Children’s Policy
  • Children below 8 years of age can be accommodated in the same room without an extra bed/mattress.(But chargeable for meal such as breakfast etc)
  • Children above the age of 8 years can be provided with an extra bed/ mattress at an additional cost.
4) Pet Policy – No pets allowed .
5) Cancellation Policy : All cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the standard arrival time will be charged 50% of the reserved room rate as a cancellation charge. All cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the arrival will be charged retention of the reserved room rate.
6) Room allotments will be as per the availability during check-in.
7) Important information: Due to the fact that the hotel is surrounded by many residential apartments, The Hotel may not be able to accept requests such as –partying at the hotel premises, Campfire/bonfire/loud music.

-Guest is requested to take care of their valuable items as Hotel will not be responsible for any items lost or misplaced.
– Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed)
